委員会活動

　CIBの主要な活動の一つに、個別具体のテーマ毎に設置される委員会の活動があります。委員会の構成や内容は頻繁に見直しされており、幅広い分野をカバーしています。

　委員会の活動は、大きくは研究委員会（Working Commission：W と略記）と限定された期間で特定の活動を行う作業部会（Task Group：TG と略記）に分かれます。2020年1月現在、研究委員会は34、作業部会は14、計48の委員会が設置されています。

　各委員会は、メンバーによる会議を定期的に開催するほか、3～4年毎に国際的なシンポジウムや会議を開催することとしています。また、各委員会には、会員機関の構成員、個人会員が参加できます。

　なお、CIB本部ホームページのCommissionsのページからは、それぞれの委員会の 目的、作業計画、コーデイネーター、参加メンバー、委員会開催予定など詳しい 情報を見ることができます。
